Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Okiniiri: Coffee Brew Log (“the app”) handles your information. Your coffee logs are stored only on your device and in your own iCloud. The developer does not collect your logs.
1. Information stored on your device
The following is stored only on your device and is never sent to the developer's servers:
- Your brew logs (beans, brewers, water temperature, ratings, notes, etc.)
- Photos you attach to cups or beans
- App settings
Deleting the app deletes this information.
1-2. iCloud sync
When “Sync with iCloud” is on, your logs and photos are stored in the private area of your own iCloud through Apple's CloudKit and synced across devices signed in to the same Apple ID. Only you can read or write this data; the developer cannot see it. You can turn sync off at any time in Settings.
1-3. Health
Only when you turn on “Log caffeine to Health” does the app write an estimated caffeine amount for each cup to Apple Health. The app never reads Health data, sends it anywhere, or uses it for advertising.
2. Camera and photo access
The camera and photo library are used only when you attach a photo. Selected photos are copied into the app's storage and are not uploaded anywhere.
3. Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to show ads. To serve ads, AdMob may collect and use:
- The advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking
- Your IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device type, OS version, and ad impressions and taps
- Diagnostic and performance information
You can change tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. If you don't allow tracking, every feature still works; ads just won't be personalized.
Where required, we ask for your consent to advertising through Google's consent management tools.

4. In-app purchases
The “Remove ads” purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store. Payment information is handled by Apple and is never received by the developer. The app stores only whether the purchase was made, on your device.
5. Sharing with third parties
The developer does not share your logs or photos with anyone. Advertising data is handled as described in section 3.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
